1. Soak the Quick Hydrate Pea Mince NF-9022 TVP in vacuum bag with water for 10 minutes.
2. Add cold water to hydrate Methocel MX in High-Speed Mixer.
3. Add flavours to hydrated TVP. Add TVP mix to Methocel MX blend and continue mixing.
4. Using High shear mixer blend lecithin into oil. Add in Increments to the whole mix continue blending until smooth emulsion.
5. Form into burger shapes.
