1. Immerse the Pea Protein Chunk in hot water then immediately drain, dab with kitchen roll to dry and place to one side.
2. In a medium bowl, mix the teriyaki sauce, soya sauce, sesame oil, Chinese five spice, ground coriander and chilli flakes together.
3. Add in the Pea Protein Chunk and coat well.
4. Marinate at room temperature for one hour (or overnight in the fridge)
5. Place in a medium pan, over a medium heat.
6. Heat through, the sauce should be thick and sticky.
7. Heat the 4 Bao buns via the instructions on the packet and fill the sticky chunk mixture.
8. Garnish with fresh chilli, sesame seeds and fresh coriander.
9. Serve immediately.
