Reducing the meat content in school dinners to provide nutritious, tasty, climate friendly meals.

 

Healthy, nutritious meals have always been a priority for local authority service provider Norse Catering, but more recently they committed to incorporating sustainable choices into their menus.

Norse created a revised version of their classic beef Bolognese by swapping out 10g of beef mince per portion with our Pea Mince.
